Production Times & Sample Delivery

Gotcha Marketing will begin production of all orders once they receive approval for the Order, Artwork, In-hands dates, and specific shipping information. Credit approval is also necessary before production can start. On average, Gotcha Marketing takes 7-10 business days for production after all approvals have been obtained, but they also offer FastShip as an option.

For Promotional Product & Apparel Samples, Gotcha Marketing typically orders them from manufacturers within one to two working days of receiving an order. If a customer requires samples by a specific date, they should specify it while placing the order so that Gotcha Marketing can meet their specific in-hands date.

For Screen Printed & Embroidered Garments, the standard production time is two to three weeks from the time of ordering. However, several variables can affect the production time, including supplier delivery time, artwork approval length, pre-production approval length, and the current production schedule. Customers are encouraged to respond promptly to ensure that the order, artwork, and pre-production approvals or revisions move quickly. Customers requiring orders by a certain date should add a deadline in-hands date to their order to ensure that Gotcha Marketing can meet that date.
