Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
For non-logoed items, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return your non-logoed item, it must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that items that have logos added to them are non-refundable unless the print or product quality is found to be defective or unsatisfactory. If you believe your logoed item is defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to either replace the item or provide a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to receive instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
