Shipping & Handling

At Gotcha Marketing, we rely on USPS, Fedex, UPS, and various Freight Lines as our standard carriers for shipping within the United States. Once your order is dispatched, we'll provide you with an invoice that typically includes a tracking number (unless we're delivering the products ourselves). Our products are shipped FOB Jacksonville Beach, FL.

Please note that shipping weights are only approximate and may vary greatly from the actual shipping weight for items packed in oversized boxes. Variances can occur due to product density, packaging, and dimensional shipping weight. Shipments that qualify for dimensional weight will be billed accordingly. Please be aware that we're not responsible for any differences in the final freight charges versus quoted estimates.

Exporting goods to foreign markets can be complex, and requirements vary by country. If you plan to export your order, our shipping department can handle the arrangements for your shipment and advise if there are any issues that might affect its import at your intended destination. However, due to the legal complexities surrounding international shipments, we're not permitted to provide any export documentation if you or your agent handle the export logistics.

Drop shipment charges apply for each location per release, plus freight costs. To ensure timely delivery, drop ship addresses must be received at least 5 days prior to the scheduled ship date. You can provide all drop ship addresses electronically in a Microsoft® Excel file sent as an email attachment.

For third-party orders, there will be a per-order handling fee. If you provide us with an account number for shipping or designate a specific carrier, you'll assume responsibility for the shipment from the time the order is ready for pickup. We understand that some orders may require special handling, such as palletizing, using custom mailing labels, and special packaging requirements. In such cases, additional charges and lead-time may apply. Please call us for lead times and provide your purchase order number, company name, contact name, and phone number. Additional charges may also apply.
