Complimentary Basic Logo Prep
Our team offers free basic layout setup, text alignment, and standard formatting for any promotional product or apparel order we fulfill.
Advanced Design Work ($75/hr)
Complex projects involving multi-color setups, highly detailed graphics, or simulated-process layouts require additional art resources and are billed at our standard shop rate.
Important Policy: AI Art is Not Acceptable
While Artificial Intelligence tools are popular for brainstorming ideas, AI-generated art files are not acceptable formats for custom production.
- Why we can't use it: AI files are flat images that lack the mathematical geometric anchors required for commercial decoration. They contain blurry edges, jagged pixels, and messy color blends that cannot be cleanly read by commercial embroidery digitizing software or digital heat press.
- What to do instead: If you have an AI-generated concept image, our design team can use it as a reference thumbnail to manually re-create, digitize, and convert it into a clean, true vector graphic for a flat design fee.
File Submission Guidelines
To guarantee the fastest turnaround times and prevent production delays, please submit your logos alongside your formal purchase orders using our preferred industry formats.
1. Preferred Formats (Vector Art)
Vector files are built with lines and curves rather than pixels. They can be scaled up to the size of a billboard or shrunk down to a pen clip without losing a single drop of sharpness.
- Vector File Extensions: .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or print-ready .PDF files.
- Note: Please ensure all text and fonts are converted to outlines or curves before sending.
2. Acceptable Formats (High-Resolution Raster)
If you only have a photographic image file, it must be exceptionally high quality to be usable with any background removed.
- Raster File Extensions: High-resolution .PSD (Photoshop), .PNG, or .TIFF.
- Resolution Requirement: Minimum of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) at the exact actual size your logo will be printed. Lower resolution files will appear blurry and pixelated when printed.
3. Unacceptable Formats
- Low-resolution website graphics (72 DPI compressed thumbnails).
- Logos embedded in word processing files (.DOCX) or presentation slides (.PPTX).
- Screen captures or mobile phone photos taken of an existing shirt or business card.
Simple 3-Step Proofing Process
1. Upload Your Assets: Send us your best available digital art files when you place your custom order.
2. Review Your Art Proof: Our design team reviews your file structure, converts it to a production-ready vector layout, and emails you a digital mockup.
3. Approve for Production: We will never heat up the presses or start a stitch until you review the proof and give us your final written sign-off.
